Study on Chaotic Characteristics of the Friction Process between High Hardness Alloy Steel and Cemented Carbide under C60 Nanoparticle Fluid Lubrication

چکیده

Friction and wear phenomenon is a complex nonlinear system, it also significant problem in the process of metal cutting. In order to systematically analyze friction tool material-workpiece material pair cutting high hardness alloy steel under different lubrication conditions, chaotic characteristics between cemented carbide C60 nano-particles fluid are studied based on chaos theory. Firstly, experiments carried out ring-block tester, results force signal time domain width obtained. Then, signals processed transformed phase space reconstruction recurrence plot theory, plots experimental groups conditions generated. The evolution law further observed studied, recursive quantitative index analyzed. Finally, out. show that proposed method can intuitively accurately reveal feature identification material-high conditions. Meanwhile, found when concentration nanoparticles 200~300 ppm, stability system best. provide strategy for prediction process, theoretical basis technical support antifriction methods practical applications.
